Cheers, Slainte, Salute
Altering bottles is fun and challenging. First the bottle must be emptied. Sometimes I have this privilage, but more often bottles are donated to me.
I use homemade glues and “starches” when fabric wrapping or fabric decoupaging. Water-soluble acrylics, broken jewelry, glass & plastic beads, mesh produce nets, burlap, zippers, buttons, found items, etc are applied as my vision dictates.
Lastly, all are given several coats of polyurethane for sealing and protection.
